Take a lazy drive around Holmes County and discover the immense beauty of Amish country. You will see horse-drawn buggies, cows en route to the milking parlor, and fresh produce stands. Enjoy the wooded hillsides, the winding back roads through tall cornfields, or a walk through the small towns. Holmes County is beautiful year-round, but especially during the fall. National Geographic ranked Holmes County #3 in the world for it's beautiful autumn foliage.
There are numerous antique malls for you to enjoy, cheese factories with free samples, craft and gift shops, and wonderful Amish-style restaurants. Take in the flea markets, a Mennonite information center, golf, or an Amish farm tour. Make sure you don't miss browsing the small shops in Berlin, which is within walking distance of our cabin. We would love to welcome you to Holmes County, and hope you enjoy your stay in the heart of Ohio Amish country!
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." JOHN 3:16
